**POSITION OVERVIEW**
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the Asia Pacific commercial team, helping to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and deal acceleration. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, strategy and execution of the field marketing plan. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of marketing communications support for the assigned properties - Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, Rendezvous Hotel Singapore, Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard & Quincy Hotel.
- Reports directly to the Area Director of Sales &Marketing.
- Provide strategic direction and execution of all communication materials, both offline and online as required for the assigned properties.
- Ensure consistent adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines of the assigned brand/s.
- Develop and maintain content including videos and photographs of the assigned portfolios on company's website and other owned platforms.
- Work closely with Area General Managers, Area Director of Sales & Marketing and Corporate/ Field Sales to develop new campaigns for the respective market segments.
- Recommend, use and optimize various communication platforms to engage with various audiences and market segment.
- Drive PR activities to garner coverage of the assigned properties.
- Support the brand/s Social Media Pages to increase awareness for the brands and the assigned properties.
- Develop creative ideas to continuously improve internal processes and elevate the standard of work produced.
- Other adhoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Able to perform in a fast paced environment with demanding work schedules.
- Experience in managing external vendors and partners such as printer and publishing house.
- Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.

As Marketing Communications Manager at Conrad Singapore Marina Bay, you will develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies across Rooms, Meeting & Events (M&E) and Food & Beverages (F&B). Supporting the Director of Marketing Communications and helping manage the team, you will deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement and support revenue goals. Responsibilities of the Role
Specifically, as Marketing Communications Manager, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management
You will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with the hotel's brand positioning and commercial objectives. From concept development to asset creation and rollout, you will manage the end-to-end process, collaborating with internal teams and creative partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Content, Channel & Multimedia
You will oversee the hotel's presence across all owned and third-party platforms—including the website, social media, email communications, and OTAs—ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand standards. You will manage the creation of engaging content and coordinate the production of multimedia assets, including photography, videography, and digital materials, to effectively showcase the hotel's unique offerings and elevate guest engagement. Cohesive, story-driven content across all channels is essential to this role.
Brand Messaging, Communications & Media Relations
Supporting the development and execution of communications plans, you will help shape narratives that reinforce the hotel's positioning across both local and international media. Working with the Director of Marketing Communications, you will ensure the timely development and distribution of press materials, sales tools, and marketing collateral, while also managing engagements to drive earned media value and positive brand visibility.
Budget & Reporting
Budget management and reporting will form part of your responsibilities, including expense tracking, preparation of performance reports, and analysis of campaign effectiveness to inform future planning. Market and competitor intelligence will also support your ability to identify opportunities and guide strategy.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
You will assist to mentor the team by providing clear direction, coaching, and support to ensure effective execution of marketing priorities. In collaboration with the Director of Marketing Communications, you will help shape the hotel's marketing direction, foster a high-performing, creative team culture, and ensure cohesive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders, including Sales, Revenue, and Operations.
Stakeholder, Partnership & Guest Communications
You will maintain productive relationships with external partners to create joint promotional opportunities and enhance reach. You will also support the development of guest communications and CRM content, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns while upholding brand standards.
Crisis Communications & Compliance
You will assist the Director in safeguarding brand reputation through crisis communication support, preparation of key messages, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. You will also ensure marketing content complies with legal and brand requirements, including adherence to data privacy regulations and content approval processes.
