Job Duties:
1. New Partner Acquisition (Lead Generation):
- Proactively identify and generate leads for potential affiliatepartners (e.g., influencers, content creators) across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategies to discover/re-engage partners aligned with our brand values and target audience.
2. Partner Outreach & Onboarding:
- Initiate contact with potential partners via email, social DMs, or phone calls to recruit them onto the platforms.
- Guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate submission of personal details, banking information, and compliance documentation.
3. Partner Incubation & Support (0–60 Days):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded partners during their incubation period.
- Upload new partners to Mailchimp/Whatapp to trigger automated/manual onboarding journeys (e.g., welcome emails, training resources).
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and share best practices, optimization tips, and performance insights to ensure partner success.
4. Influencer Database Management:
- Maintain and update the influencer database (digital format) with weekly checks for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure partner-facing materials (e.g., guidelines, creatives) are up-to-date and aligned with current campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategies to reactivate partners aligned with our brand values and target audience.
5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Use internal dashboards and analytics tools to track affiliate partner performance (e.g., conversion rates, ROI).
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to partners to optimize their promotional strategies and maximize earnings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms would be advantageous
- Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and digital marketing trends
- Strong understanding and experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Xiaohongshu) as both a user and strategist.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a track record of successful outreach and relationship-building.

- Keeps detailed files and records on all matters relative to property's marketing materials (photo usage rights, vendor contracts, etc.).
- Ensures that property is following all corporate marketing guidelines.

The Marcom Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance NEC's presence. The jobholder would manage content creation, creation of marketing collaterals, manage brand consistency and public relations.
