About the Role and Key ResponsibilitiesBased in PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, the Marketing Communications Manager assists in developing, elevating and bringing to life the hotel’s sustainable hospitality brand in inspiring ways to excellent standards. Responsibilities include:
- Integrated Marketing Planning and Campaigns – Assists the Marketing Communications Director in developing and executing hotel-wide integrated marketing strategies to drive business goals, from rooms to F&B to Meetings & Events to Weddings to Wellness & Spa offerings, on an always-on and campaign basis throughout the year.
- Paid Advertisements and Digital Advertising – Responsible for securing publicity and visibility for the hotel to the hotel’s target audience through paid activities both offline and online, where the latter works closely with the digital corporate team on SEM, SEO, PPC, display ads to drive conversions.
- F&B – Assists in marketing one of the hotel’s top performing F&B outlets and works closely with the culinary and F&B team, from agency management to media engagement to collaboration events to elevate the establishment’s brand, visibility and revenue.
- Commercial Partner – Work closely with commercial, revenue, F&B teams on tactical bank partnerships, room packages, sales support.
- Sustainability – Regularly conduct Sustainable Hotel Tours with external groups. Participate in the hotel’s sustainability programmes and promote the hotel’s sustainability philosophy to existing and potential guests.
- Awards, CSR, Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships – Assist with award submissions, external partner engagements and sponsorship requests.
