Responsibilities- Solving complex interaction problems, humanise product ideas and develop these into elegant application design
- Own the end-to-end design process, in close partnership with product managers and engineers, to create and rapidly iterate on concepts through design exploration, ideation and user validation
- Drive appropriate user research activities such as discovery interviews, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, post-launch feedback, metrics review, and the translation of research insights into actionable recommendations
- Balance between the practicalities of user requirements and business needs
- Align the execution of design with the rest of the product and design organisation
