Responsibilities

- Define and track key product design performance metrics to assess the success and impact of product design initiatives;
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing and distributed product design team.
- You have at least 6 years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic, user-centered design solutions;
- You have at least 3 years of experience of leading and managing a design team;
- You have a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders;
- You have experience conducting user research, data analysis, and performance measurement;
- You are proficient in design tools (e.g. Figma, etc) and familiar with front-end development (e.g. HTML, CSS, etc);
- You have knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in product design;

Synthesise needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables, ensuring design is front-of-mind throughout the product development processWork through design problems from beginning to end: translating research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize themSupport the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative researchPartner with cross-functional peers within Product and Engineering in Asia and internationally to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions—representing design and being the voice for the user throughout the product lifecycleCollaborate closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision of your area of ownershipConsistently elevate the quality of the design by soliciting feedback from peers and stakeholders through formal Design Reviews, presentations and by facilitating design thinking workshopsMentor other designers throughout the organization on craft, quality, experience, and processes.Work with data, whether qualitative or quantitative to make informed design decisions
What We Look For In You
