The UX Experience Designer and Tester will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences for AI and digital transformation initiatives.

Working closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams, this role ensures that user needs are translated into effective design solutions and validates these solutions through usability testing and feedback.

The designer will support both conceptual and detailed design efforts while playing a critical role in ensuring solution usability and adoption.

  1. User Research and Experience Design

  2. Conduct user research, interviews, and contextual inquiries to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

  3. Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform solution design.
  4. Translate business and functional requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that support usability and user-centered design.

Job Responsibilities
Manage the creation of designs for all Razer mobile apps, on both Android and iOS.
Create UI/UX designs for future versions of Razer Audio, Razer Gamer Room, and Razer Controller apps, including optimizing existing UI visuals and UX flows, designing future UI sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI/UX, by analyzing app data and user feedback.
Create design library assets for Razer mobile apps in Figma.
Review and identify UI/UX issues, create Jira tickets, and follow up until issues are resolved.
Collaborate with product developers and marketing teams in Singapore and Taiwan.
Coordinate with other designers in Singapore to ensure UI/UX consistency across platforms.
Create UX keyframes and animations to demonstrate UI interactions and facilitate UX implementation with engineers.
Supervise designers in Singapore and hold regular meetings as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Pre-Requisites
Passion for design!
At least 7 years of UX design experience, preferably mobile.
Degree in User Experience, Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or related fields.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience in motion design and micro-animations; After Effects experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Creative, innovative, with a proactive attitude.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills in visual, verbal, and written forms.
Understanding of user-centered design and testing methodologies.
Commitment to learning and resilience in facing challenges.
Effective communication skills in English.
