- Implement frameworks to measure user engagement and design effectiveness.

8. Process Optimisation & Documentation
- Identify and implement improvements in design processes to increase team efficiency and output quality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of design standards, workflows, and best practices to support team alignment and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with experience in a leadership or management role preferred.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering digital products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Expertise in user research and skilled at translating user insights into strategic product decisions.
- Strong people management skills, including team development, performance management, and mentorship.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
