- Maintain proper documentation for intra-group transactions to support transfer pricing compliance.

- Set up and maintain a central database for Group tax reporting and BEPS Pillar 2 readiness

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in multinational companies handling regional tax matters is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in direct/indirect taxes and working experience with transfer pricing
- Solid accounting and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply tax laws independently
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure

- Advise on the structuring of commercial transactions and contractual arrangements from tax perspective
- Manage and maintain APAC entities service fee contracts, computation, transfer pricing documents and interco agreements, withholding tax and recharges
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments, and propose strategies to the management / commercial lead on how to capitalise on these developments
- Ensure transactions are booked under the correct tax categories and tax compliance
- Provide & lead on tax advisory to internal stakeholders around various projects that might include acquisitions, restructuring, refinancing and support tax planning and business projects
- Prepare / review the India tax filing / submission and relevant legislation if applicable together with tax agent in India for Singapore and APAC entities
- Manage and maintain Singapore and APAC entities /division corporate registration, bizfile, Corppass & other corporate matters
- Prepare / manage on APAC subsidiaries and associate dividend, board resolutions and relevant documentations required
- Proactively identify tax issues and compliance and saving opportunities
- Find and implement opportunities for improvement in tax processes and documentation
- Report to Finance Director / business partner on potential tax exposures or issues
- Provide tax training to business units and team and act as a tax business partner to agency
- Respond to business units’ ad-hoc tax queries on business arrangements
- Establish and maintain effective systems and controls that meet Financial & Tax, reporting compliance requirements
- Support and participate in the implementation of functional and operational projects / assignments, business integration
- Identify indirect tax risks and opportunities. Bring improvements to tax compliance and control process to achieve higher efficiency and minimize tax leakage.

- Tax policy and procedure development: Developing and maintaining tax policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Special projects: Assisting with special tax projects, such as tax restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax planning, GST related issues
REQUIREMENTS
- You possessed a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional qualification such as ACCA
- Is an accredited tax professional with SCTP in Income Tax. Having an accreditation in GST will be an added advantage
- Possess strong technical tax knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication and analytical abilities.
