Job Description
Works directly with affiliated company's Transfer Pricing Team and formulate new or improve existing REC processes to align various REC teams to meet affiliated company's Transfer Pricing guidelines and requirements. As the APAC Tax Leader you will be a foundational member of our global tax team and the primary tax expert for the Asia-Pacific region. Must-haves to shine in this role:
7+ years of relevant corporate and international tax experience, preferably from a combination of a Big 4 accounting firm and an in-house role at a multinational company.
Strong, hands-on experience in international tax, with a deep specialization in transfer pricing principles and documentation.
In-depth knowledge of Singaporean corporate and indirect tax laws.
Proven experience in providing tax advice for M&A, corporate restructuring, or market expansion projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
