This role offers the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to manage the group tax compliance and tax accounting and will collaborate with tax team members on several key work streams of the tax function including transfer pricing structuring and tax/finance technology projects.
Reporting to the SVP – Global Head of Tax, the successful candidate will lead a team of direct reports and play a lead role in the group audit review of tax with external auditors and participate in transactions and structuring initiatives.

Responsibilities
Oversee tax compliance agenda and implementation of group tax compliance policies in all jurisdictions
Review and manage consolidated and key subsidiary quarterly income tax provisions and deferred tax calculations, in accordance with ASC740 and IFRS, including related footnote disclosures
Prepare tax management reporting and modelling of the ETR and cash taxes
Manage tax audit review processes with external group auditors
Lead tax accounting aspects of acquisitions and other transactional activities

Work closely with the transfer pricing team and review aspects of key intercompany transactions (financing, support services)
