Job Description

• Prepare Tender Drawings, Shop Drawings, Construction Drawings, As-Built Drawings, etc.

• Prepare Drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends, drawing to scale, etc.

• Attend BIM Coordination Meeting

• Support Project Team in managing RFI and making presentation using BIM-Model.

• To monitor, update drawing submission status including compilation and discuss with Project Team.

• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting Manager

Job Requirements

• Certificate in Autodesk Autocad and Autodesk Revit MEP Advanced Module

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in M&E using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction Industry

• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment

• Liaising with any consultants, PE Engineers subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project for necessary submissions;
• Responsible for the production management of the assigned projects, such as to produce drawings, presentation materials, design reports, and other relevant documents which are required as day-to-day design process and deliverables as per contracts of the assigned projects;

Job Scope

1. Drawing & Model Preparation

• Prepare Tender, Construction, As-Built, Shop, and Coordination BIM models and drawings.
• Produce 2D/3D deliverables including site plans, layouts, sections, elevations, details, and specifications.
• Ensure 3D models are constructible and aligned with project requirements and construction schedule.
• Update design drawings in accordance with revised layouts, instructions from Architects/Engineers, and project changes.

• Verify and clarify engineering designs to ensure accuracy and buildability.
• Support coordination with Architects, Engineers, and Qualified Persons (QP) for design submissions and approvals.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings, represent the Architectural discipline, and resolve design clashes.

• Develop Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), pipework, and ductwork layouts for mechanical systems.
• Prepare piping isometrics, sections, and detail drawings.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Process (MEP) systems to meet spatial and technical requirements.
• Produce combined services drawings, resolve clashes, and recommend design solutions in collaboration with engineers.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma/ Institute of Technical Education in a related engineering field· Proficient in CAD design and coordination of construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC and Microsoft Office
