Job Description:

1. To assist QP(S)/SRE carry out supervision under the BCA Act
2. Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants to resolve technical and or interfacing issues with

other consultants and contractors.
3. Lead the site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by the client and/or
project consultants.
4. To attend the site/technical meeting

5. To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and

structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building

Control Act and Regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural recognized by PE Board Singapore.
2. Must have at least 3 years experience supervising underground MRT works experience and possess RE Cert
3. Strong knowledgement of Civil & Structural details, working drawings and MRT construction.
4. Must be conversant with local building codes and regulations.
5. Good supervisory and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide onsite support to troubleshoot and remediation for following technology: Network Infrastructure, Wireless connectivity and Printer Driver Issues
2. Assist in the following technology: System Infrastructure, Meeting Room Booking System (app), Door Access System (Key Card, Facial Scan, QR Code), Booking System (app), Skype & Microsoft Exchange and Printing Facility
3. Provide technical assistance and support for users
4. Conduct routine maintenance
5. Minor network changes and setup (e.g., new SSID creation, configure new)
6. Training (Policies & End User Computing Policies)
7. Review of user access to ensure dormant/obsolete user accounts are removed or made inactive in the system in a timely manner following appropriate authorization
8. Responsible for opening and closing of support tickets when applicable and providing timely updates to helpdesk personnel and customer for support cases that have been allocated to you
9. Work closely with various teams of engineers for troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

1. Role is opened to fresh graduates (NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, Etc.)
2. Graduates in relevant fields of studies (IT, Infocomm, Com Science, Etc.)
3. People with 0 to 1 year of IT related working experience are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Perform checks and troubleshooting to ensure Splunk services function as intended across all environments.
• Maintain and monitor Splunk infrastructure (Search Heads, Indexers, Forwarders, Deployment Server, Cluster Master, etc.).
• Ensure uptime and system health via monitoring, tuning, log analysis, and performance management.
• Manage indexing performance, storage usage, and data lifecycle.

• Support SOC operations for threat detection, auditing, and incident response.

• Ensure Splunk availability during BCP and DR exercises.
• Investigate issues, apply fixes/workarounds, and provide incident reports with root cause analysis.
• Track and report incidents, security advisories, software updates, and license/maintenance expiries.

• Track and update DLP End-of-Life/End-of-Support timelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the progress of works
• Carry out inspection of engineering works prior to concreting, subsequent construction work and defects rectification works
• To carry out supervision and inspection of the works as directed by the Supervision QP, CRE,SRE, consultants or Superintending Officer
• To manage and supervise the Resident Technical Officer under his charge
• Ensure records of all engineering works including records of tests, defect rectification, inspections, work progress, material and equipment on site, safety, etc, are timely updated and properly kept
• Attending site, progress, variation and coordination meetings
• Verifying all reports and claims submitted by the contractors

Requirements

• Possess degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering from a recognized university by PE Board Singapore
• Registered Resident Engineer with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Minimum 10 years' experience in supervision of institutional development with strong knowledge in civil engineering work, bored piling, structural steel and reinforced concrete construction
• Must be familiar with local regulations/ codes for civil & structural related to building projects
• A good team player and experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers
• Strong ability to interpret the Contract documents and drawings on the works to be carried out
• Ability to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Possess effective communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels

Resident Engineer (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

· Lead the site supervision team on all the Mechanical and Building Construction works.

· Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all Mechanical site inspection issues, contract related matters and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works.

· Address and respond to all Contractor's RFI's and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but not limited to assess method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with design team/QP from HQ.

· Attend all site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and to lead in technical and work progress discussions.

Qualifications;

· Good graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· About 10 years of experience in supervising mechanical works in the construction of infrastructure projects preferably in water/or used water treatment works.

· A person with good communication and leadership skills.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Supervise the construction of VEHICULAR FLYOVERS/VEHICULAR TUNNELS/MRT VIADUCTS/MRT UNDERGROUND STRUCTURES. in compliance with the requirements of the Building and Construction Authority and other relevant Authorities' Requirements and Contract Specifications;

2. Perform all duties as instructed by the Qualified Person; and

3. Monitor and Report on work proper and safety.

1. Accredited with the IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC); and

2. A minimum of 4 years' experience in supervising VEHICULAR FLYOVERS/VEHICULAR TUNNELS/MRT VIADUCTS/MRT UNDERGROUND STRUCTURES.
