Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate tendering activities, including preparing tender submissions and negotiating with suppliers/sub-contractors.
- Prepare and follow up on Request For Quotations to suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure timely submission of tender costing and technical data.
- Take off Bill of Quantities from ACMV Drawings, Points of Schedules, and Architectural drawings.
- Collate price comparison, costing summary, and technical proposal to prepare tender submission.
- Study addendum and/or corrigendum documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly.
- Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner.
- Attend site briefings/site meetings/post-tender interviews when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years' experience in M&E construction industry.
Candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of construction software such as Tender Management Software.

- Lead MEP Design: Take ownership of the entire MEP design process for new construction and major renovation projects, ensuring designs are optimized for functionality, cost, energy efficiency, and long-term maintainability in a luxury resort environment.

- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of international building codes, energy standards, and state-of-the-art MEP systems relevant to hospitality (e.g., central plant, complex BMS, vertical transportation, low voltage systems).
- Project Lifecycle: Must have hands-on experience covering the full lifecycle of a new build, from conceptual design and consultant selection through construction, commissioning, and final close-out.

What You'll Be Doing
