What The Role Is

You play a pivotal role in conceptualising and executing the product development roadmap and ensuring the correct prioritisation of product features.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Conceptualise and execut e product's development roadmap from concept to delivery to sustainment and enhancement
  • Ensure correct prioritisation of product features and manage contracted resources including external vendors and DSTA development teams
  • Collaborate with supporting entities to effect critical enablers (e.g. data architecture) through crystallising, registering and refining backend requirements
  • Deliver products on time while complying with cyber/data security and governance requirements and ensuring the products solves the intended problem statement
  • Ensure the smooth operation for deployed products and perform service acceptance at the product level

Challenge(s)

What We Are Looking For
  • Education in Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of product management experience is preferred
  • Experience leading multiple product teams is advantageous
  • Technical background in dashboarding, automation and air-gapped networks
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to breakdown complex problems into actionable steps with measurable outcomes
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills with ability to build partnerships

The incumbent will be supporting the programme management function in the existing MSc in Marketing Analytics and Insight (MAI) programme. This programme is helmed by the NUS Business School (MSc Programmes Office).

1. Programme Leadership & Operations

The Assistant Manager/Manager (Admissions Scholarships and Financial Aid Administration) supports the undergraduate admissions scholarship and Financial Aid functions of the Business School.
