Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA Manager (M&E) to oversee quality assurance and compliance for Mechanical and Electrical operations across our sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enforcing QA processes, conducting internal audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and continuously driving quality improvements in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all certification and site audits conducted by clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with standards and contractual obligations.
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the on-site Quality Assurance (QA) program.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust QA frameworks, policies, and procedures for all M&E services, ensuring alignment with regulatory or industry-specific guidelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in M&E QA or related operations in facilities management, industrial plants, or healthcare sectors.
- Certified internal auditor or experience leading ISO/SS audits is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements in the M&E/FM space.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor quality metrics.
