About the role
As the QA Manager at Wong Hing Long Technologies Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge mechanical engineering products. Reporting directly to the engineering leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities, from product testing to process improvement. Developing and implementing comprehensive quality control plans and procedures

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

Extensive knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and mentor a team
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in using quality assurance software and data analysis tools
Qualified welding inspector certification is a bonus
