We are seeking a professional to lead and coordinate customer test planning activities. This role is an individual contributor within the Customer Transition Management team, focusing on testing, UAT, and system enhancements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining test timelines and priorities with internal and external stakeholders, managing the end-to-end customer testing lifecycle, including test execution, issue logging, reporting, and escalation.

They will ensure the testing environment is fully operational, aligned with project requirements, and monitored for code levels and configurations.

As the primary point of contact for clients during testing phases, the candidate must ensure a seamless, professional, and consistent customer experience.

Regular progress updates will be provided to stakeholders, highlighting risks, mitigation measures, and escalating issues where necessary.

Accurate and comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results will be maintained.

Continuous improvement in testing processes and environments will be identified and implemented.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders across Fund Operations, IT, and the Change Management team (Europe-based) for system enhancements and onboarding support is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in testing, UAT, or Project Coordination, preferably within financial services.
  • Knowledge of investment fund operations and B2B customer processes.
  • Solid understanding of cash and securities settlement processes; familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to project management tools (e.g., JIRA) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
