We are seeking a professional to lead and coordinate customer test planning activities. This role is an individual contributor within the Customer Transition Management team, focusing on testing, UAT, and system enhancements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining test timelines and priorities with internal and external stakeholders, managing the end-to-end customer testing lifecycle, including test execution, issue logging, reporting, and escalation.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in testing, UAT, or Project Coordination, preferably within financial services.
- Knowledge of investment fund operations and B2B customer processes.
- Solid understanding of cash and securities settlement processes; familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
