- Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items listed on orders.
- Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.

- Receive materials and supplies from suppliers by verifying codes, serial numbers, and quantities against purchase orders; place materials in stock.
- Pull items from inventory (physically & in Maximo) for work orders by identifying items and serial numbers as per PR requests.
- Keep close track of inventory usage in the system and physical stocks, ensuring stocks are replenished and available at all times.
- Maintain shared tools inventory and track in & out usage.
- Monitor issuance of tech tools/PPE to users/requestors, ensuring diligent issuance.
- Cover procurement duties during absences and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
