A) Patient Service Management
- Assist physicians in managing patient flow
- Learning and applying communication / tcm skills from physicians
- Patient services: Registration, appointment scheduling, etc.
- Billings, familiar with NETS payment devices and other payment modes
- Ensure compliance with MOH/HSA's health and safety regulations
- Any other supporting work as directed by physicians
B) Dispensary Management
- Responsible for herbal medications packaging
- Manage patient's inquiries on medication consumption
- Front counter medication and OTC product sales
- Ensure machine serviceability and up-time
C) Inventory management
- Assist in monthly stocktaking
- Ordering and replenishment of herbal medication stocks
- Ensure inventory is organised
- Liaise with suppliers for inventory replenishment
D) Requirements
- Have an interest or passion for TCM healthcare or
- Students studying Chinese medicine are welcome to apply
- A Level Graduates or above are welcome to apply, on-the-job training will be provided.
- Bilingual communication in English & Mandarin
- The ability to communicate in other local dialects would be advantageous
