You should be a competent doctor capable of performing various tasks such as examining patients, providing advice on investigations and medications, and making decisions on whether dressing/stitching or admission is necessary. Your responsibilities will include attending to OPD patients daily, overseeing the treatment and medical care of inpatients, conducting annual medical examinations for employees, and supervising the functioning of medical stores, dispensaries, and other units as assigned by the Head Medical.In addition to clinical duties, you are expected to possess skills in ensuring a good standard of medical care, compliance with statutory regulations, handling first aid and emergencies, liaising with hospitals and specialists for health camps, promoting occupational health and hygiene, and conducting training programs on health and safety.
