Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in nursing
- Post-registration qualification in clinical nursing (e.g., advanced diploma, post-graduate, post-basic nursing qualification)
- Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing a team and overseeing nursing care in a long-term care setting
- Minimum 8 years experience as a Registered Nurse in nursing homes and hospitals
Skills and Competencies:
