Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Leadership

- Coordinate induction and orientation programmes for new, promoted, or re-designated staff. Provide direct induction support where required.
- Oversee ongoing staff education and training to ensure safe and quality care delivery.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and evaluate nursing workflows, systems, and processes to drive safe and efficient care.
- Identify and present resident care issues during clinical conferences and other professional platforms.
- Recommend improvements to enhance the quality of care and residents' satisfaction.
Collaboration & Communication
- Build effective communication and collaboration channels with residents, families, intra- and inter-departmental teams.
- Ensure timely escalation of clinical and service issues to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a health-related subject or equivalent, OR Post-basic Certificate / Advanced Diploma in a Nursing specialty, OR Diploma in Nursing (recognized by Singapore Nursing Board).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position in a medium or large-sized nursing home, OR at least 6 years of nursing experience as a Senior Staff Nurse in an acute or community hospital.
- State Registered Nurse with a valid Practicing Certificate from the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for elderly care.

- Oversee the efficient and safe day-to-day operations within nursing homes as well as monitor and enforce compliance to operational SOP and policies.
- Track and review Nursing key performance indicators and continuously identify areas of improvements and gaps.
- Lead and/or participate in various quality and continuous improvement projects to improve care standards.
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to provide and achieve the best outcomes to residents
- Manpower budget planning and control
- Participate in recruitment, selection, orientation, training and performance management of care staff
- Oversee, track and report on status and progress of projects assigned that could involve the setting up of new facilities, work processes or programmes.
- Researching and drawing up proposals for management review
- Involvement in other areas of the company's business as necessary from time to time
Requirements:-
- Possess a degree or Advanced diploma in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
- At least 5 years of clinical with management experience
- Willing to work in Marsiling, Clementi, Simei or Balestier branch
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines.
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Good communication skills and team player
