• Be part of the client's DMZ network support team providing operations support and maintenance for core network infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Augment the client's System Management Office reporting to the client's System Managers and collaborating with End Users to provide oversight on the operations and maintenance activities for data network systems.
• Responsibilities include but not limited to Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Obsolescence and Vulnerabilities Management, Risk Management, Governance and Compliance Management, Quality Management and Service Improvement.

The Network and Hardware Engineer will be responsible for performing on-site server maintenance and hardware replacement activities on shop floors. This role requires adherence to established maintenance guidelines and processes to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of server infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade networks and in-house servers.

• Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.

• Perform physical inspection of server components and replace defective hardware as required

• Conduct regular maintenance activities, including upgrading server BIOS firmware and applying necessary patches, as per organizational guidelines

• Ensure that all server maintenance tasks are planned and scheduled to minimize business impact.

• Coordinate logistics for defective hardware replacement and ensure material collection by vendors
