We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to join the network security team to ensure that our infrastructure and networks are properly protected. The role involves designing, coordinating, and implementing security controls, auditing configurations, and designing networks in a hybrid compute environment. A successful candidate will have an attention to detail and the ability to understand the impact of their changes on the network and associated services.
What you’ll be doing:- Collaborate with cross-functional security, technology, and trading teams to design and deploy innovative solutions that enhance system integrity and trading performance.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of mission-critical trading infrastructure to ensure resilient and scalable market operations.
- Implement strategies to reduce network risks using micro-segmentation, port-based security, and other innovative methods.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement network security solutions such as firewalls, network detection and response, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and VPN concentrators to improve security and enable reliable remote access.

- Work directly with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving DDoS mitigation, firewall rules, SSL/TLS, network confirmation, and other security configurations.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting documentation for internal and customer use.

- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent in English and preferably a second language like Mandarin, Hindi, Tamil, Korean or Japanese.
