We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery for assigned production lines.
• Perform basic quality control checks and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in testing and logistics activities to support smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
• Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating autonomy and accountability.
• Support team activities and collaborate with other departments as needed.

• The salary range for this position is between 1,000 and 1,500 SGD net per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

   Handle small components like PCBA, batteries, casings, connectors, and screens with care and precision.
2. Soldering (Preferred)
   Carry out basic to intermediate soldering tasks for electronic parts and wires (if trained or experienced).
   Inspect solder joints and rework if needed to meet quality standards.
