Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans for process equipment and utilities.
Define and implement asset management strategies to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.
Structure and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for equipment and spare parts inventory.
Work with cross-functional teams to input accurate equipment data into Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Support and lead Installation Qualification (IQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities for new equipment and utilities.
Ensure all commissioning documentation and protocols are complete and in alignment with GMP expectations.
Take ownership of critical utilities, including HVAC, Water for Injection (WFI), Purified Water (PW), and Clean Steam systems.
Monitor, trend, and maintain system parameters within specified ranges to meet regulatory and operational standards.
Identify areas of improvement and drive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
Support audits and inspections by maintaining equipment documentation and ensuring systems are audit-ready.
Work closely with process engineering, validation, QA, EHS, and manufacturing during plant startup and routine operations.
Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, FATs/SATs as needed for utility and equipment systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Life Science
2 – 8 years’ experience in CQV and Plant Maintenance roles
Strong understanding of GMP requirements, maintenance planning, qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Familiarity with utilities systems such as HVAC, WFI, Clean Steam, and Purified Water.
Experience with CMMS and asset lifecycle management tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
