What We're Looking For

• 1-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product analytics.

• Practical understanding of causal inference concepts — such as experiments, control groups, confounders, or counterfactual reasoning — even if you haven't formally studied them.

Who We Are Looking For

Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Program Manager (PM), the Intelligence Analyst will support the programmatic and administrative needs of client programs. The analyst will be located at Crisis24's Singapore office with working hours based on a 24/7 shift schedule. Evening, overnight, holiday, and weekend work will be required as part of the shift work. What You Will Work On

• Triage a variety of requests from the client and ensure that the requesters get the information and services that they require in a timely manner
