Key Responsibilities
AI/ML & Automation
Design and implement
AI-driven workflows
(LLMs, RAG, agentic platforms) to enhance research, automation, and report production.
Apply
prompt engineering
to build scalable solutions for client-facing and internal use cases.
Explore and integrate ESG-compliant frameworks into automated reporting solutions.
Operations & Leadership
Lead
cross-functional pods
(3–8 members each) to deliver client projects across diverse industries.
Build and optimise operational processes to reduce turnaround times and increase delivery efficiency.
Automate routine processes (such as interviews, shortlisting, and data analysis) to free up leadership bandwidth.
Business Strategy & Growth
Partner with leadership to
develop new business verticals
around ESG, risk analytics, and AI-assisted research.
Support business development efforts by building solution prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
Identify client problems, translate them into technical workflows, and oversee execution.
Client Engagement
Act as a bridge between
technical and business stakeholders , ensuring solutions are aligned with both technology and client needs.
Contribute to proposal development, pre-sales discussions, and project scoping.

Experience:
2–5 years in consulting, strategy, operations, or AI/ML-driven environments.
Proven track record of using
AI/GenAI tools for workflow automation and report generation .
Strong experience with

Malaysia’s national ICT agency Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) has unveiled a plan, supported by seven public and private institutes of higher learning (IHLs), to increase the number of local data scientists from the current 80 to 2000.
Statistics show that there will be about two million job openings for data professionals and that the demand for people with this knowledge and skill will outstrip supply by a ratio of two to one. She said that data science fresh graduates can demand starting pay in the range of RM4,000–RM8,000 — making it the highest paid entry level job in the country today. In addition, a experienced professional in the field can demand up to RM15,000 a month.
