Job responsibility
- To manage the maintenance including Electrical, Air-con Plumbing and Bulding issues.
- To supervise supervisors and workers the works at site.
- Manage External sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
- Report to the job site owner on the defect and closed back the loop when completed.
- Prepare monthly meeting minutes
- Prepare monthly report for each job site
- Prepare quotation for minor and FM works
- Required to do some minor trouble shooting and hands on work if required.
Requirement
- Min Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Electrical or Aircon Maintenance Qualification
- Min 3 years working experience in Intergrated Facilities Maintenance industry.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily shift duties and routine checks across both hotel and mall facilities.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on M&E systems, guest rooms, retail areas, and public spaces.

- Ensure proper documentation of occurrence logs, assignment sheets, and checklists in line with SOPs.
