Position Summary
This role will lead a dynamic team of 4-6 data experts across Asia. As a people manager, you will develop the skills of your direct reports on both technical and professional topics. Your highly motivated team will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of data solutions in partnership with other teams. The role will elevate the voice of Asia in R&D on data-related and innovation topics. Collaboration is key, as you will work with cross-functional teams centrally and regionally to ensure data solutions align with business needs. The initial focus will be on Japan and China.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a new team of 4-6 experts to design and deliver data solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Coach your team in their roles as Asia data solution business owners, Asia data experts for central solutions, and Citizen Technology Leads.
- Deliver a portfolio of Asia data solutions in partnership with other internal teams, including technology teams.
