- Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment and ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and lifting.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Location: North / West
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned operational tasks and escalate issues appropriately during peak workload periods or escalation scenarios.
- Coordinate with external vendors to initiate and manage warranty claims for failed hardware components. This includes collecting necessary information, packaging, shipping, and confirming receipt of returned items in compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Apply process knowledge and sound judgment to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain an awareness of how day-to-day tasks impact broader Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) operations.
- Accurately manage and update asset information across multiple inventory tracking systems, including configuration management databases and asset repositories.
- Ensure precise physical inventory tracking, organization, and staging of hardware.
- Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies and help generate related reports.
- Carry out secure data destruction of data-bearing devices (DBDs) in accordance with company policies and SLA requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and notify appropriate personnel when restocking is needed. Escalate supply chain or inventory-related concerns as required.
