**About the Role:**

+ Review BMS alarms frompreviousshift and &establishfollow-up.
+ Raising incident reports within the SLA period, notifying stakeholders
+ Arranging PTW, MOS, RA for vendor activities review andsubmitfor approval.
+ Vendor management on PPM and Reactive tasks, gettingtimelyquotations.
+ Manage reactive workorder on day-to-day basis and close them on time within SLA.
+ Incident escalation trough ServiceNow (BIR, problem management) with in 1hr
+ 24/7 offsite support for Breakdown calls and provide site attendance for major incidents.

**What** **You'll** **Need:**
Excellent general education is essential, ideally to degree / diploma standard in electrical,
Mechanical or 3-5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferred.
Training in the installation of DC Facilities Infrastructure and Building Management System (BMS), preferred. Experience of leading and motivating a Critical Environment Team.
A proven knowledge of Critical Facility or DC equipment and their components including UPS, PDU, STS, EG, CRAC, CRAH, etc.
A strong understanding of the Data Center environment, and the working restrictions applicable to such environments.
Experience managing outsourced contracts, prior operations management experience including team management, work scheduling, and performance reviews, prior exposure to maintenance scheduling and subcontractor management and supervision, strong understanding of ticketing or workflow management systems and tools, experience of managing escalation and emergency issues, experience in vendor management, ability to manage and monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved for outsourced support and projects.
Practical experience must include recruitment and line management/supervisory experience.
