• Operate CNC machines to perform all tasks
• Perform first article inspection on all parts according to mechanical drawing.

• Programs lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
• Sets-up lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; tramming heads.
• Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
• Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to international standards.
• Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC/ manual milling machines.
• Install tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
• Perform test runs and inspect workpieces for accuracy.
• Adjust machines to meet specifications.
• Read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Ensure safety and perform routine maintenance.
• General cleaning (5S) of the production area.
• Follow any tasks given by the supervisor/ leader.

Requirements

• Proficient in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in milling operations.
• Possess a positive work attitude, hardworking, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to do shift work, work overtime and weekends when required.

Job Descriptions:

• Set up, operate CNC lathes and perform basic daily maintenance.
• Handle/ Shift of Parts/ Equipment involving the use of lifting equipment (Jib Cranes, Overhead Cranes, Lifting Tables, Pallet Jacks, Trolley, etc.).
• Understanding the respective Process sheet , OWI, HIRADC, EAI, etc with guidance and OJT.
• Meet daily production output.
• Perform In-Process Inspection as per Process Sheet.
• Perform Daily House Keeping & 5S.
• Comply with Company Policies, Security Regulation and EHS Regulations.
• Train of Operators/ Technicians, after gaining experience.
• General Ad-Hoc task assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements :

• Higher/ NITEC in Precision Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of relevant working exprience.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of cutting tool selection, speeds, and feeds for different materials.
• Experience in quality inspection using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prefer candidate with Forklift License.
