Your duties include, but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Programming and Scheduling

  • Assist in the planning and creation of ANIPLUS monthly programme schedule

  • Generate monthly programme schedule, EPG and programme highlights

  • Perform ANIPLUS linear channel scheduling/playlist

Programming and Marketing Support

  • Creation of programme kits and research for new series
  • Monitor series performance & coverage, and analyse statistics (licensor reports, competitive analysis.)
  • Downloading, archiving, creation and delivery of promotional materials to affiliates and partners.
  • Research & translate anime series information from Japanese to English

  • Translation of Series and Episodic synopsis

  • Transcript and translate promotional material such as trailers, episode previews, cast comments
  • Japanese Anime series, pop culture and related article creation for news articles on ANIPLUS website and social media.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of working experience
  • Strong Japanese language to English translation skill
  • Keen interest in Japanese pop culture and anime content
  • Diploma/Certificate in Linguistic, Mass Communications, Media Studies or a similar field of study
