- Observes boiler plant operations through use of electronic or pneumatic controls, pressure gauges, and safety devices.
- Supervises or performs the chemical testing and treatment of boiler feed water.
- Startup/Operate/Shut-down/Trouble shoots Utilities like Air-compressors, Air-Driers, Cooling Towers, DI Water Plant, Steam Boiler, Thermal Oil Heaters, Fire Protection Systems.

As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role supports site-wide routine operation and maintenance (ad hoc, corrective and preventive maintenance) to clean and black utilities systems such as steam boilers, air compressors, chillers & cooling towers, air handling units, water softeners, purified water (RO & WFI), and wastewater systems. They may also be required to support power reset for the electrical distribution system. All tasks are performed in compliance with cGMP, EHS, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
Attend to technical matters and assist with inspections on the facilities
Comply with applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives as relates to building operations and practice safe work habits
Ensure you can respond to emergency breakdowns within two hours upon notification
Provide hands-on operation of facilities equipment and systems, where qualified or under instruction, in accordance with procedures and policies
Perform maintenance on facilities equipment and systems as appropriate to knowledge, skills, and certifications/licenses
Respond to complaints regarding ACMV, electrical, fire and plumbing systems and equipment
Supervise/perform in-house preventive maintenance and supervise preventive maintenance by external service vendors per PM checklist, with proper documentation of service reports
Responsible for upkeeping of building such as painting, lighting fittings, ACMV services, doors, furniture and fittings, road, grounds
Provide daily operation support and update daily reports, use Client’s CMMS system for work order reporting
