Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of project contracts to ensure compliance across design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Assess mechanical design documents, commissioning plans, and method statements; provide timely comments within contractual turnaround times.
- Liaise with Owner's Engineer and EPC consortium on contractual, technical, and quality matters.
