We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and be able to perform hands-on repairs, routine safety checks and preventive maintenance to keep facilities at optimal condition.

• Maintenance Tasks: Perform daily safety checks for electrical safety hazards, water ponding, and collaborate with security personnel to maintain site safety.
• Scheduled Maintenance: Assist in executing both scheduled and on-demand maintenance tasks to keep facilities in optimal condition.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) readings and monitor the performance of systems and equipment.

Job Description:

• Provide building maintenance, repair and services
• Perform preventive maintenance, repair and trouble-shooting of M&E systems

 Facilities Engineer

The role involves overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of all building facilities, including systems like central chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, fan filter units, compressors, building management systems, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, and electrical systems.

This also includes attending to facilities work and M&E installations, coordinating with contractors for repairing work, providing support to production, and assisting in machine installations such as power hook-up, compressor dryer system setup, vacuum pump system installation, process chilled water, and SCADA system commissioning.

The ideal candidate will ensure uptime operations of Air Conditioning (ACMV) systems, Compress Dryer system, Vacuum Pump system, Process Chilled water, and SCADA System. Emergency events and being part of ERT Team are also handled by the successful candidate.
