A vital position in our organization, the Building Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facilities.

This includes regular checks on central chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units (AHU), compressors, building management systems (BMS), plumbing, and electrical systems.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in building/facilities management or equivalent
