Team Leadership & Creative Operations
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing creative team including designers, copywriters, visual merchandisers and any freelance specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative, feedback-rich environment that pushes boundaries while delivering on timelines.
  • Implement creative processes and workflows to scale quality output efficiently across multiple teams and projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years of creative experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, physical, and product design.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-disciplinary creative teams and delivering projects across multiple mediums and platforms.
