Art Instructor Position

The Art Instructor is responsible for cultivating a child's interest in arts and their ability to express artistic ability and creativity, as well as acquire knowledge and aesthetic understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement art curriculum lessons in group settings.
• Educate and nurture children to express their artistic abilities and creativity through principles of art and techniques.
• Demonstrate various art techniques in activities including drawing and painting.
• Provide guidance on developing aesthetic concepts and appreciations in children.
• Teach children proper care and use of art materials and tools.
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that facilitates positive learning and development.
• Encourage children to express their own personalities and thoughts through creative processes.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Arts or equivalent qualification.

The role of Senior Art Educator & Supervisor involves

• Lead and supervise a team of art teachers in curriculum planning, art projects, teachers training, managing art programs, managing teams, student development, parent interaction, etc.
• Experience in department/school administration
• Looking for people that are passionate about teaching children

• Parent & student interaction
• Provide feedback to our parents during our parent-teacher meetings
• Preparing reports
