Gallery Assistant Role

As a Gallery Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our gallery.

• Welcome guests to the gallery and ensure they have an enjoyable experience
• Manage housekeeping and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the gallery
• Develop a thorough understanding of our current exhibitions to effectively communicate artistic concepts to visitors
• Support client development by notifying potential clients of upcoming exhibitions and works that align with their interests

Requirements:

• Degree in Fine Art or equivalent in Art History, Business, Studio Art, Arts Administration, Sales & Marketing
• Passion for modern and contemporary art and design
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent photography skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused approach and friendly demeanor
• Good written and verbal communication skills
