Responsibilities:
- Teach Fine Arts, including sketching, painting, and sculpture, using engaging, innovative methods.
- Deliver engaging and technically strong classes in drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking
- Instruct students across age groups with differentiated methods
- Teach foundational and advanced concepts in Art History
- Follow and enhance the studio's established teaching SOPs
- Lead group classes, mentor junior instructors, and collaborate on curriculum planning
- Represent Little Artists at exhibitions, events, and parent meetings
- Inspire students to build exceptional portfolios and develop original artistic voices
- Foster a vibrant, positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and artistic growth.
- Demonstrate and guide students through diverse art techniques tailored to their abilities.
- Introduce and teach modern design principles and elements of art effectively.
- Plan and curate art displays and exhibitions for school and community events.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow educators.
- Lead and mentor a team of art teachers, providing curriculum guidance, progress tracking, and constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Early child good school teaching is an advantage
- Strong foundation in classroom management and curriculum planning.
- Experience in IGCSE, IB, or MYP systems would be preferred
- Passionate about working with children (ages 3–17) and fostering their creativity.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Cheerful, honest, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn and innovate.

- Competitive Salary:
- Senior Art Teachers: SGD $3,000 - $,000/month + CPF (where applicable)
- Full-Time Teachers: SGD 2,600 - 3,500/month + CPF (where applicable)
- Part-Time Teachers: SGD 1,200 - 1,700/month + CPF (where applicable)

Established in 1991, Kwai Fung Hin is a leading art gallery in Hong Kong specializing in 20th century modern art and contemporary art. Consisting of a highly-regarded art gallery, consultancy, publishing house and cultural foundation, Kwai Fung Hin is known for its commitment to supporting the development of visionary artists and bridging cultural heritage and contemporary expressions.
The gallery has an international portfolio of artists spanning Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America. Now it is actively expanding its business operation in Southeast Asia by establishing a new branch in Singapore. The gallery is looking for highly-motivated individuals to join the Singapore branch to help drive growth in the region.
Responsibilities
Carry out daily operations of the gallery, including opening and closing, handling general enquiries, scheduling, maintenance etc.
Ensure the gallery space is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and organization
Coordinate gallery events such as openings, art talks and guided tours etc.
Oversee art handling, installations and deinstallations of exhibitions
Collaborate with the team in Hong Kong on curatorial planning, marketing strategies and logistics
Support and work closely with the sales director to maintain relationships with collectors
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Must be resident of Singapore
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, such as arts, history, literature, philosophy, humanity etc.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in the art and culture industry
Excellent organizational, communication and client servicing skills
Ability to work effectively with team members located in other regions
