Assist the BIM Team Leader in performing their duties, including:

  1. Undertaking BIM modeling and documentation work under the guidance of the BIM Team Leader.
  2. Supporting compliance with project Design Criteria, Client Brief, Approved Concept, and BIM Execution Plan.
  3. Ensuring adherence to relevant design standards and office standards.
  4. Maintaining compliance with program constraints and budget.
  5. Following ISO Quality Procedures.

Description:

This position calls for a passionate and dedicated adjunct lecturer to teach an introductory course in 3D design, tailored for User Experience (UX) and Game Design students. The course aims to equip students with foundational skills in 3D modeling and texturing, while introducing them to the overall workflow of a 3D creation pipeline.


Responsibilities:

· The candidate is expected to prepare and deliver lectures, materials and assignments that fit the core objectives and purposes of the module and of the school.

· He/she is also required to grade all assignments in an accurate and objective manner.

· He /she must also provide feedback and consultation sessions to students on a regular basis to assist them with their learning and successful completion of all assignments.


Requirements:

· Must have a bachelor’s degree in digital arts or in any suitable discipline.

· At least 5 years of industry experience in 3D production.


Starting Date: Fall 2025 - Sep 1st
