About the role

As a key member of the Application Support team at Technoprobe Asia Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers. This is a full-time position based in our Ang Mo Kio office in the North-East Region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot on the card issues in a timely and efficient manner

  2. Service & Support for Vertical Probe Cards

  3. Support for DOE (Design of Experiment) or evaluations either by customer initiated or Technoprobe Asia
