We are seeking a highly skilled postdoctoral researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative technologies for sustainable agriculture.
Job Description:The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic research team working on the project "Disruptive & Sustainable Technologies for Agricultural Precision", a research programme funded by the National Research Foundation (NRF).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop platform technologies for diagnosis of abiotic stresses.
- Develop CRISPR leaf vegetables that are tolerant to abiotic stresses.
- PhD in plant molecular biology, biochemistry or agricultural biotechnology.
- At least one first-author paper in an international peer-reviewed journal.
- Prior research experience in chemical biology and/or synthetic biology is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Administrative & Operations Executive
Location : Clarke Quay
Working days : Monday - Friday
Working hours : 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2500 - $3500
This role is to support our team in accounting, administration, HR coordination, and back-office operations for events and sales/marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Accounts Support
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly closing.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers on billing and payment matters.
2. Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies, filing, and documentation.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general office organisation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
3. HR Support
- Support finding candidates for available roles in the company, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers on interviews etc.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding (prepare employment agreements etc).
- Support payroll preparation and leave administration.
- Coordinate training schedules and HR-related communications.
4. Events & Sales/Marketing Back-Office Support
- Assist in event logistics, vendor coordination, and preparation of event materials.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns with administrative follow-up, database updates, and collateral preparation.
- Track and report on leads, client communications, and campaign progress.
Requirements :
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with accounting software (e.g, Xero).
