Job Description
- Carry out in-house preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all facilities, building and services system.
- Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations for all facilities, building and services system and maintain proper records of maintenance checklists and documentations.
- Liaising and coordinating with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep all the above systems in operational state.
- Perform standby / duty to attend to system fault during or after office hours, weekends and public holidays when needed.
- Minimise all facilities, building and services downtime during operation.
- Log, update and maintain all facilities, building and services spare parts, tools and instruments.
- To be able to work under sub-zero environment and no phobia of heights.
- To inform immediate superiors/duty personnels for all faults/alarms/abnormalities for all systems.
- To learn and maintain any other new/additional systems not mentioned above as assigned by Head of Department.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Department.
- Nitec/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in manufacturing industry
- Hands-on and strong technical competencies in equipment maintenance
- Must be physically fit, no colour blind and height phobia
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
- Proficiency in both English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Willingness to perform shift work, 5 days workweek

- This role involves a lot of walking, as you'll be releasing mosquitoes across various levels of blocks of flats from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

- Direct reports to Site Safety Health Officer and PM.
- Receive and follow orders from the Site Safety & Health Officer.
- Conducts workplace safety inspections on construction site/projects and ensure that all activities are in compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
- Conducts new-employee health and safety orientations.
- Assist the Site Safety Health Officer in conducting accident investigations.
- Assist in maintenance of the database file system for annex specific deliverables and generate various safety related report.
- Perform and prepare Activity Hazard Analyses to evaluate work-related hazards associated with non-routine or complicated projects.
- Responsible for workplace and/or project site safety requirements which include but are not limited to inspection, identification, control and elimination of workplace hazards, appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper usage, safe working practices and procedures, safe site condition, proper usage of tools and equipment and monitoring of hazardous materials including generation of hazardous waste.
BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the field of Safety and Health preferably with a US Military Base Installation.

- To Perform all mechanical or electrical installation tasks in support of new and existing TC machinery working from engineering drawings or schematics
