Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members, keep accurate records of maintenance procedures, and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
**Job Description**
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct regular inspections and preventive **maintenance procedures on CNC machines** to identify potential issues and prevent machine breakdowns.
+ Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical problems in machines and equipment.
+ Repair or replace defective parts, components, systems in order to restore machines to their proper functioning.
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating, greasing, and cleaning the machines.
+ Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts used.
+ Collaborate with other team members and provide assistance and guidance as required.
+ Adhere to safety guidelines and regulation
Requirements:
+ NITEC or equivalent qualification.
+ Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
+ Strong technical knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, and automation.
+ Proficient in troubleshooting, problem-solving and repairing various machines and equipment.
+ Able to work independently and as part of a team.
+ **Able to run rotating shifts (Morning and Night Shift)**
