Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to offer expert guidance and support in designing and implementing optimal strategies for the safe and cost-efficient transportation and lifting of heavy equipment.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess conditions and address any unforeseen challenges, ensuring that plans are adjusted accordingly to maintain operational efficiency.
- Prepare essential documentation including Method Statements, technical drawings, and Technical Proposals to ensure compliance and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies for various modes of transportation including inland, sea, and river transport to determine the most viable options.
- Oversee installation activities, including but not limited to jacking & skidding and lifting operations
Requirements:
- Only open to Singaporean and permanent resident to apply.
- Candidates should hold an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English.

- Proficient in AutoCAD software.

- Lead and oversee the mechanical construction scope—primarily piping—of greenfield pharmaceutical facility projects
- Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, in compliance with applicable regulations, GMP / pharma standards, and meets quality and cost expectations.
- Manage all mechanical / piping construction activities for greenfield pharmaceutical facility: layout, installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems (process, utility, HVAC, sanitation, etc.).

- Support commissioning, start-up, and handover activities: coordinate mechanical/piping systems startup, leak tests, flushing, sterilization, validation as required.
- Maintain documentation: as-built drawings, installation records, inspection/test reports, traceability of materials and welds, quality documentation.
- Hands‑on experience in mechanical / piping construction in pharmaceutical / biotech / aseptic / process facility projects.
