Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and implement a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities.
- Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing processes.
- Address maintenance and repair requests from various departments.
- Log and track maintenance work orders, TPM downtime, compressor operation hours, hot work permits, and equipment checklists.
- Oversee daily start-up of production and facilities machinery.
- Ensure upkeep of facility services, including air conditioning, sprinkler systems, plumbing, power, and lighting.
- Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Conduct weekly Single Point Training sessions for production operators.
- Trade certificate, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Relevant experience in machinery and equipment repair and maintenance.
