Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to reported gas incidents and gas supply abnormalities such as gas fires, poor gas supply pressure, suspected gas leaks, etc.
- Perform site investigations and rectification work, coordinating with relevant authorities (e.g. SPPG, SCDF, HDB, EMA) and other external agencies and submission of reports.
- Respond to customer service requests including installing/ replacing/ troubleshooting gas appliances, servicing of gas stoves, conducting soundness tests on gas installations, etc.
- Handle customers' enquiries/ feedback and manage service recoveries.
- Manage the collection, issuance and return of meter, prepare and process billing and submit monthly report.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Technician, Aftersales Technician, or similar role in the battery energy storage, power electronics, industrial automation, or renewable energy sectors.
- Practical experience with lithium-ion battery systems, PCS, BMS, or TMS is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of electrical principles, AC/DC circuits, and power electronics.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
