- Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimise cash flow, foreign exchange exposures, and the Group’s effective tax rate.

- As a Senior Tax Specialist overseeing 4 entities, your primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations across all jurisdictions in which the entities operate. You will manage and coordinate the preparation and filing of tax returns, both federal and state, and ensure timely payment of all tax obligations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file accurate and timely monthly, half-yearly, and annual tax returns for entities in Thailand, including income tax, sales tax, and any other applicable taxes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Review tax computations and ensure they align with current tax legislation in each jurisdiction.
- Respond to tax notices and inquiries from tax authorities.
