Oversee the operation of surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras.
Monitor security cameras and alarms to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
Provide ongoing training for security staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular drills and exercises to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and daily activities.
Maintain accurate records of security-related events.
Manage access control systems, including monitoring and regulating entry and exit points.
Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries.
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Develop and update emergency response plans and procedures.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor/management.
Job Requirements
Able to work night shift is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant security experiences.
Possess the Private Security License issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Department (SIRD) is a must.

The Security Supervisor, is concerned with the efficient and professional service of Security, while ensuring the Safety and Security in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of the Conrad hotel and Hilton Group.
What will I be doing?
As the Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assist in the planning and organizing the Security Officer's roster and duties.
- Be in-charge of the Hotel Security Control Room as well as for the day-to-day operations
- Ensure all official security documents are handled accurately in accordance to SOP
- Manage access points as assigned to ensure all entries are authorized
- Maintain keen vigilance at the pass counters where colleagues, part-timers, casual labors, vendors, contractors, and visitors check in
- Manage the Visitor Management System for visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Manage the Casual labor system for casual labors and part-timers
- Monitor CCTV coverage within the hotel property and highlight any issues
- Perform static lobby / convention Centre coverage and duty
- Perform roving security and safety clocking patrol within and around the hotel premises
- Perform patrol on guest floors and the heart of house
- Perform enforcement tasks as assigned and be at deployment as per deployment schedule
- Ensure security system are in working order, and if not, to highlight to Assistant Security Manager and collaborate to raise maintenance reports
- Coordinate Night Transport for colleagues
- Respond to all security, safety and medical emergencies as soon as possible where assistance is required
- Be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT Team) to respond to emergencies
- Conduct inventory checks of keys and passes
- Handle Loss & Found findings, reports and inquiries
- Provide lift control and VIP
- Perform First Aid/CPR/AED if required
- Respond to and resolve safe box issues without delay
- Conduct crowd control and ushering duties
- Gather and document information and facts upon responding to security, safety and medical emergencies
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management of the hotel
- Manage and address all alarms on the Fire & Life Saving System
- Manage and address all alarms on the duress and emergency systems
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV system for preliminary investigation and training purposes
- Assist in training all employees in Security and Fires safety responsibilities.
- Assist in specific training to Security Officers.
- Keep Assistant Security Manager fully informed of all security related matters and also to Assistant Security Manager in the absent of Security Manager.
- Maintain a chronological log of all incidents.
- Assisting in conducting investigation work, hold inquiries and interviews when instructed by Assistant Security Manager. Keep all records and reports concerning security matters and hotel business confidential
- Brief and de-brief the Security Officers on the latest instruction.
- Enforce the Hotel rules and regulations.
- Relief and cover the duty Officers as and when required.
- Perform any other duty as required by the Assistant Security Manager from time to time.
- Prepares and Conduct Roll Call Parade (Briefing).
Put up the Daily Security Report after compiling all incidents from Security Desk Occurrence Book such as:
Complaints from guest.
Untoward incidents involving guest, patron and staff.
Damage caused to Hotel's property.
Recovery of valuables
Result of VVIP functions
Security flaws detected, and remedial or preventive action taken.
Other cases or information which may be of security interest.

- To assist hotel staff in handling of unusual guest or employee problems, such as, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, thefts, suicides, bomb threats, employee or guest accidents, fire or safety hazards, robberies, terrorist activities, civil disturbance, power or elevator failures, medical assistance and natural disasters.
- To keep abreast of developments within the hotel and community as they relate to security.
- To have sound knowledge in current and amended laws, employee's handbook, job description, fire and evacuation procedure, lost and found procedure, joiner procedure, and all new policies and procedures which may be issued from time to time by the management.
- To take an active role in the implementation of the hotel's fire plan including the Fire Command Center, all technical equipment and the roles each employee/fire warden plays.
- To monitor control system of keys, lock system, alarm system, and fire protection system.
- To make recommendations to the superiors in security related matters.
- To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- To maintain highly self-discipline and self-motivation.
- To be flexible to work extended shift, if need be, if the demand in the department is exceptional high, especially during visit of High-Profile guests
- To cooperate efficiently with all departments within the hotel directly or indirectly involved with the Security Department.
- To make recommendations to the superiors in security related matters.
- To perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Use proper equipment, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and employ correct lifting procedures, as necessary, to avoid injury.
Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks.
