Job Description

• To assist the Security Manager in ensuring a secure environment for employees, guests and hotel premises and property.
• To enforce anything related to Security, Fire Safety and Workplace Safety and Health.
• To safeguard the lives and property; will be responsible to perform general duties to protect life and property including prevention and deterrence of crimes within the premises. The responsibilities include creating security and fire safety awareness among employees and guests.
• To ensure that all security and fire safety duties are performed and maintained in accordance with Momentus Hotel Alexandra regulations.
• Conducting regular checks on all officers and ensure that they are aligned to Company's standards and regulations.
• To response immediately to the needs of guests and requests of departments or employees for any security and fire safety related assistance.

Requirements

• Posesses all required certification and licence for the position
• At least 1 year of prior experience in similar capacity

Job Scope:

• Manage daily security operational activities
• Coordinate with Management Team and work with client to ensure customer satisfaction
• Write and submit security reports.
• Conduct routine patrols with team
• Respond to emergency/incidents and accidents at site.
• Oversee all security matters on the site.
• Enforce security measures and standard operation procedures.
• Conduct Security briefings and trainings to the Security Officers.
• Able to work 12 hours shift either Day/Night Shift.

Job Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid PLRD Security License.
• Must have Basic Security Training course or equivalent certificates.
• Various locations of assignment available for SS.
• High level of initiative, independent, meticulous and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $2900 - $500 (based on PWM)

Day Shift (8:00am-8:00pm) / Night Shift (8:00pm-8:00am)

Security Officer – Condominium at Hume Avenue

Salary : $2 00 - 3000 (based on PWM)

Day Shift (8:00am-8:00pm) / Night Shift (8:00pm-8:00am)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property within the condominium.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and residents' concerns.
• Enforce condominium rules and regulations in a respectful manner.
• Follow all security procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment at all times.

Requirements

• Possess a valid PLRD license

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and lead the security team to ensure proper coverage across the construction site
• Plan, manage, and schedule security shifts in accordance with project requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and reports of all incidents
• Perform guarding and patrolling of installations.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Monitor access control and ensure compliance with site safety and security protocols
• Coordinate with site operation team when needed
• Any other duties as assigned
• Working Hours: Rotating shifts (6 days)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of experience as a Security Officer/Supervisor or in a related role.
• Possess a valid Senior Security Officer or higher-level license issued by PLRD
• Candidates with experience in Industrial/Construction related areas are preferred
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to work in a construction site environment
• Normal colour vision and able to work on rotating shifts
• Able to work at various locations based on Company’s discretion

This position requires an individual to oversee and manage security operations within a hotel setting. As part of the security team, the Assistant Security Manager will be responsible for supervising all security staff, ensuring compliance with department regulations and hotel policies.

The role involves maintaining safety standards, identifying potential hazards, and reporting any irregularities or incidents to the management team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of security personnel and ensure they adhere to established procedures.
• Investigate reported thefts and document all actions taken in relation to emergencies, loss, or accidents.
