Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products and optimize existing processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for manufacturing projects.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Create detailed process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment used in precision machining engineering.

Process Improvement Engineer
Job Summary:

The Process Improvement Engineer will be responsible for assisting engineers in the development, sustainment, and enhancement of process capability indices to meet operational goals.

• Assist engineers to develop, sustain, and improve process capability indices to meet operational goals.
• Perform shift duties to support the running of production in the module and ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production.
• Assist engineers in the qualification and fine-tuning of processes for production.
• Trouble-shoot process-related issues and minimize time lots on hold.
• Create job-files for metrology tools for production set-up, and housekeeping of files.
• Monitor and improve on qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools.
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects.
• Maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal, and QA audit on process documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs to improve productivity and output quality of the module.

Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to design and implement standardized processes for business enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or co-lead process improvement initiatives under the Transformation Management Office.
• Provide end-to-end support for stakeholders during process and system implementations, from initial planning to post-implementation reviews.
