Job Responsibilities
· Perform Receiving, In-Process and Final inspection on aircraft component maintenance and modification works.
· Ensure that QC equipment and machines are well maintained and calibrated.
· To release maintenance part after inspection internally.
· Manage Quarantine Store.
· Ensure that maintenance works performed comply with the latest Maintenance Data and have been carried out i.a.w Process Sheet.
· Preparation and Reviewing of Maintenance Documents to the Quality Manager and Certifying Staff.
· Ensure the completed work-packs and maintenance the of Technical Library.
· Ensure comply with the EHS requirement when working with maintenance activities.
· Assist Operations Engineer in others tasks when require and other tasks required by superior or company.
Requirements:
Able to read, write and understand English.
Able to understand Part 145 regulations requirements related to workshop operation and inspections.
Able to navigate a CMM to access and interpret maintenance data such as List of Effective Pages (LEP), Illustrated Parts List (IPL) and Maintenance Instructions related to the work scope.

Basic Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical inspection to ensure all quality aspects of the job are met exactly.
Raw materials, components, fabricated/manufactured parts & assemblies
- First Piece/First Article, Receiving/incoming inspection, in-process, final inspection
- Measures Complex components, assemblies and enclosures.
- Generates detail inspection and nonconformance reports as necessary.

- Experience with Precision sheet metal
- Proficiency using hand held tools (micrometers, calipers, Optical Comparator and other measuring and test equipment.
- Able to proficiently operate CMM's and perform basic "CMM" measurements
- Preferably 2-5 years working in machine shop, assembly clean rooms. Semiconductor and/or similar industry
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- High School Diploma/equivalent
- Some technician coursework/AA degree preferred, welding and/or system integration in a high mix, low volume semiconductor manufacturing environment is a plus
