Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Understanding
- Investigate customer pain points across the energy sector
- Map customers' jobs-to-be-done and segment customer needs to identify high-potential areas.
- Identify product opportunities based on market gaps and customer insights.
- Collaborate with Product Management to propose new product developments to the board of directors.
2. New Product Introduction and Go-to-Market Strategies
- Own the Hioki New Product Introduction (HiNPI) process for energy solutions.
- Identify target customers within chosen market segments for new product launches.
- Partner with Product Management to develop high-impact internal and customer-facing content that accelerates new product adoption.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications (MarCom) to select the most effective delivery channels for comprehensive go-to-market strategies.

- Partner with demand gen/marketing teams on campaigns.
- Measure lead quality and conversion impact from product campaigns.
Product Feedback & Growth
- Collect feedback from sales, customers, and partners.
- Monitor adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or growth marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in planning and executing product launches and go-to-market campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong ability to translate technical features into customer-centric value propositions.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
- Curious, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
