As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and development of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will be based at the Changi East Project Office, the site of the future Terminal 5 building.
Job Description
You will be part of the team responsible for managing the planning, procurement and execution of assigned building construction packages in Terminal 5 development. You may also be tasked with design and construction management of the road tunnels and APM stations / tunnels for Terminal 5 development. This role serves as the key interface between consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, within budget and of the highest quality standard.
Requirements
Good degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the design and project management of mechanical systems for tunnels, infrastructure, or rail development.
Processes good experience in the design and implementation of mechanical systems for large-scale projects.
Good knowledge of the design codes and standards for M&E Systems.
Familiar with the Authorities’ requirements and the submissions and approvals
Self-motivated, driven, assertive and analytical with good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills.
Good team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.
This role requires both deep functional knowledge of mechanical systems, and the flexibility to manage projects across other functional/technical areas besides mechanical systems.
This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
